2012

The Foundation

Karadan Foundation was established with a small group of volunteers in Ranchi, focusing on basic literacy and rights for tribal children.

2016

Scaling Health Ops

Launched our first state-wide medical diagnostic unit, serving remote blocks in Simdega and Gumla with free screenings.

2020

Digital Empowerment

Established Rural Tech Hubs to teach digital literacy and vocational skills to tribal youth, bridging the digital divide.

2024

Institutional Excellence

Now a state-wide movement with 24 district branches and over 800+ active coordinators driving regional change.
